Message	of lawyer. The problem with photo radar is that it is not a legal summons when it is mailed to you. You have to be personaly served. If you show up in court then you waived that right. What they are doing now is they are sending process servers to your home to serve you. Because you are out of state and it is a rental I would ignore it. They can't do jack. It is a big racket the photo radar.
